ur company is developing coating machine from 2003, according to customers’ requirement we are constantly updating technology and perfecting service. Recently we launched newest multi-coating machine, not only can satisfy the customers’ diversified demands on process, also greatly reduce the energy consumption and create more economic benefits.
This machine can be used in the fabric of uniform coating, special feel, breathable moisture permeability and other functionality. Including colorful PVC, epoxy resin and other industrial fabric’s coating. The machine is automatic, temperature uniformity, thickness is adjustment, with brakes and digital display, easy and simple to handle, greatly reduce the requirements for operators.

Process flow and selection of accessories

Rail width control

Technical Performance

Different sections of rail articulated in such a way as to allow shaft transmission under matched adjustment of nuts controlled by a width-modulating decelerator.This arrangement will make sure that every sections allow either synchronized or separate control.The values of width will be shown on the screen in the nose box control cabinet.
Every level of width is of foolproof design to avoid all the risks of being out of range.
