Multifunctional coating machine

This model is designed to coat a wide variety of woven textiles such
as nylon,mixed fabrics of nylon and silk and terylen and more as well
as to scrape the prime of rubber cloth or prime it for subsequent setting.
Common fabrics serve either as raincoats,tents and more or as wrappings
of down wear against the winter wind.Also,it allows modification for plastic
and paint coating opearation depending on different processes and scraper's
angle change.

Process flow and selection of accessories




 

Flat amplitude cloth inlet → centring device→oblique padder → ironing out and predrying (or cloth-towing) → tension control device → precision coater → upper cloth head combination → hot air drier → cold air cooling device → cold water roller cooling→ swing-drop cloth or package

Technical Performance


Different sections of rail articulated in such a way as to allow shaft transmission under matched adjustment of nuts controlled by a width-modulating decelerator.This arrangement will make sure that every sections allow either synchronized or separate control.The values of width will be shown on the screen in the nose box control cabinet.
Every level of width is of foolproof design to avoid all the risks of being out of range.
